Staff are very friendly especially your food and service staff namely: Kevin, Joven, Kervin and Dale-head of security and his team!

Still the best in its category with the high standard that's still maintained despite the old age.

I highly recommend this hotel. My fiancee is happy and have a wonderful experience staying in this hotel.excellent location, friendly staff, clean room & bathroom.Breakfast buffet is good. For the second time a book for him again for 4 nights. Thank you for all the staff in this Hotel.

The breakfast buffet was excellent lots of selection everything so fresh and delicious and appealing to the eye. I recommend staying at this place.

I did enjoy our stay. Good breakfast and staff and the security  gave us assurance for our car park outside that it will be safe.

Stay 5 nights I booked it for my family I would’ve given it 10 star, they never informed me that the shower on room 211 don’t have hot water. If they informed me I could’ve ask the hotel to moved them on different room but they never complained to me. They only mentioned it to me after they checked out. So please look into room 211 fix the hot water.

Although an old hotel it still has its charm. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfast is excellent. Although the room was showing its age it was very comfortable. You can hear traffic noise at times but the hotel sits on a busy street. My only concern is that the coffee supplied in your room is 3 in 1. I tried to ask for sugar free option but that seems to confuse the staff. Overall an enjoyable stay

The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was great. Everything was perfect since it was close to our business we needed to conduct.They did warn us to email our ID's prior to coming to speed up the process, I did not. I have no idea why they have to have our id's for so long. The wait was long for this tired traveler, but again, that is on me, they warned me, but still strange to me, since I travel VERY often and have never had this happen.

I really love this hotel to stay at when I'm conducting business in Manila, it is close to the US Embassy and Robinsons Place, both can be walked too within minutes. The hotel it's self is very clean and well up kept although you can't tell it's and older building, some of the rooms could us a refresh, but other than that they are nice, the amenities are amazing and the in house restaurant is delicious and offers an amazing breakfast! I would say the staff are the real starts here, they are always friendly and helpful!

It was a nice hotel for me because it's near to where i have my appointments, walking distance and so many restaurant nearby. They also consider early checkin (if there's available) which is a super plus points for me, because you can early rest when you came from along trip which we do at that time, so it was very nice of them to have us check in earlier that the standard time with no additional fee ( 3 hrs earlier) so thank you we really do appreciate that. staff was also accommodating, And Of course the room it was nice, clean. The room is so cold its  just the blanket, it was too thin for me not the usual comforter but the bed is okay. But over all it was a really nice stay. Thank you.

Convenient hotel for a couple nights. Close to Robinson mall and walking distance to the US embassy. Rooms are a little dated and no cable TV in the rooms. The TV is connected to hotel wifi. The hotel breakfast is good with a good verity of food. The staff in the restaurant are very good and attentive getting coffee and bringing egg orders to guest. Overall its a good hotel for short stays.

Nice hotel.

It was a bit hassle during check-in coz the front desk has to ask all the id’s of all the people who will check in and has to sign one by one and it took time coz i took 3rooms. We just came from a very long trip, my parents that are seniors were dizzy and needs to rest but they have to wait.The housekeeping staff were nice and also the servers during breakfast were nice, friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days when I wanted to extend one more night one of the staff wanted to charge me 4.8k which is twice as much from my old stay , she said the room I’m staying in is not available anymore that’s why price is higher they need to move me to a different room. Then I ask my husband about it he booked me online and I got the same rate like my previous stayed and I get to keep the room I have . Front desk staff wanted to be overcharged me for extra night . Be careful and aware .

Hotel is conveniently located with easy access to almost everything. 1 block from a church, 2 blocks from US embassy, 2 blocks from the mall 2 blocks from the park and surrounded by restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. It’s also easily accessible to transportation. The buffet breakfast had good selection. Had lunch at the cafe twice and food was delicious. Cafe staff and housekeeping/ bell hop were very friendly and accommodating. They need to improve their booking process as the first room given to me was an extension of a family suite which is very small with no window. I have to insist that, that was not the one shown when I booked the room. I ended up in a PWD accessible room. Unfortunately, there’s a water leaking under the sink. Maintenance personnel came but said that none could be done at that time as the water leakage was not coming from the sink. This was also reported to staff at the reception area. Other than the Room accommodation and leaking bathroom , I’m happy with my stay. Will surely book again next time I’m in Manila.

I had my Fiance, mother in law and my baby boy stay here while doing their medical exam at St.Lukes. The place was nice and clean, breakfast is really good, staff is friendly. The hotel is near the clinic and embassy. I am extremely happy with the place and so were they. For the price it is the best option. I will be booking for her here again for her embassy interview. Very happy overall
