Overall stay was very good. The room can accommodate maximum of 3 pax. 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Can cook and with washing machine.  No  terrace. Entertainment wise- the room has Netflix and board games. Swimming pool has a fee of P150/head as it open from 6am-10pm. There no gym in this community. But you can run in the swimming pool sides equivalent to one oval lapse. Excellent location walking distance from Mall of Asia, supermarket, SM Arena, IKEA, & MOA by the Bay.

The two days stay we had was rather nice and pleasant, we just didnt like the smell of the lobby as we felt that it was rather overpowering to the nose, other that it was an overall great experience. I would recommend

A returning patron here. We have been coming back to this place first and foremost because it is conveniently within proximity of an annual event we attend. Since we mostly just need a space to sleep in, and park our things, The Concierge was enough for us. It is not the full service hotel type, but it served our purpose well. 

My only comments are concerning the facilities. I did note in my last visit that they no longer supply toiletries. I had thought it was only that one time, but I guess I can confirm they no longer provide. Which is no big deal really for me. But for other customers you may want to take note. There is still complimentary drinking water though.

My other issue was the washing machine. The Concierge is great with providing this amenity. Giving patrons the freedom to do thier own laundry. Our problem was the machine wasn't easy to operate. We had to google and do a lot of guessing - which took us about 2 hours, washing a very light load. 

Perhaps an instruction posted somewhere on how to work some of the appliances would be helpful.

Over all I am satisfied so far with the place, and staff. And I still consider this place next time.

You Get What You Paid For

Very convenient condo complex close to MOA. Small units good for two people with small kitchenette. Nseven pools available that are always clean. Many amenities on first floor of buildings. Decent good priced restaurants, two mini marts, massage, even an excellent dentist. Walking distance to fast food and churches

If you have a great Fantastic fabulous liking towards cockroaches bugs and miserable and 150 php per day to use the pool
This but if not what you are looking for ok 
But I myself and my Wife wouldn't  

No Water pressure at all in the shower

Aside from the location being walking distance to the Mall of Asia, the stay was disappointing. The elevators had cracked tiles, the unit was very small and cramped, we had 3 ppl staying in our room and there were no extra blankets for our daughter to use for the sofa bed and to get one would be at an additional cost. Not enough towels and to get another would be at additional cost. The bathroom was so dark  by the time you close the shower doors it would mean showering in the dark. There was no garbage pick up or even bags for the garbage cans. They advertise hotel like services though it was not clear how you would avail of the services. It wasn’t like anyone cleans the unit each day for you like at a hotel. The only time I saw a cleaner was when we were checking out. There was enough small appliances in the kitchen if we needed it but the kitchen was so small we didn’t bother cooking. I’m not sure if each unit is individually owned. Our other family was
staying at another unit and their bathroom was a bit better than ours. Stayed only 2 days I don’t think we could’ve stayed for longer.

Stay at Bldg A Unit 826

I clearly had a confirmed booking and the night ahead i texted their given contact number confirming the check-in time (2:00pm-12midnight). Since we had a timeplan for our whole day, we're already at the condotel 2pm hoping we could check in and leave our bags. However, no room is still available and they are offering us other room which we need to pay additional. And we wasted an hour waiting for the available room.

Quick weekend

If you are thinking about staying here, don't. The staff are very rude and aggressive. There are a lot of rules that they won't tell you about until you do something against the rules. I really was impressed at just how rude the staff here was though. I have dealt with angry people all over the world, and generally keeping a calm demeanor and a smile gets people to settle down and talk things out. Nope, not here they are determined to be as rude and aggressive as possible. Then you have to pay a fee and a violation fee. They just want your money and don't care at all about hospitality. There is construction all around the place, trash, etc. I will never stay here again. After more than 30 countries, and multiple stays in different conditions, this was one of the worst.



Do not stay here. Stay anywhere else.

My wife and I booked (on-line) a room for one night (Jan. 22, 2023) at Sea Residences Tower E (Pasay City, Philippines) when we got to the condo/apartments, the receptionist told us to contact the owner of the condo to inform them that we have arrived.  There was no response (multiple calls and texts).  After a few hours of waiting I called a friend to pick us up so we can checked in to another hotel.
  It is a very bad experience for me and my wife considering we are a visitor to this country. The property owner should have someone available to response to calls and inquiries.  Very poor customer service.  I will never book on these properties ever again.

Booking (on-line) Sea Residences Tower E

We accidentally went to the wrong tower, and the
security guards were unfriendly, judgemental and
unhelpful. We were blamed for not asking them first
rather than helping us. We were escorted to their security
office like someone who had done a grave sin. We had to
write an apology letter in the end, as the security team
feared that the unit owner would complain. The security
lady who was assisting us was vulgar and unprofessional
I suggest reprimanding and educating this security lady
properly.
Additionally, in regards to the condo unit, it was a bit
dirty. Some small cockroaches were roaming around, and
old diluted soap was left behind in the toilet. I was very
itchy at the end of my stay. Overall, it was a disappointing
stay for a large amount of money I paid. It requires a lot
of improvement.
