A nice place to stay, owner and staff are very accomodating. The place is in a nice residential area that is still close to the heart of the city. You can take the local commute to the city and stroll. Robinsons Place and SM is about an 8-10 minute ride. 

Close to transport & SM shopping Centre, Staff are friendly & accomodating.

Tips: 
 - I chose this Appartelle because it was conveniently near the government places I needed to visit (ROD/DENR). It is also near SM City Naga and Robertson Mall. 

- One of the cheapest accommodations I found when I  was searching for cheap Rooms, Apartments, Hotels located in Naga which is 650 Pesos/ 24 hours/Overnight.
 
- Bring an electric extension cord in order to charge multiple gadgets at a time since there are only 2 outlets available. 

Pros:
-	Was allowed to check in early in the morning, 6 am to be precise. 
-	Room was prepared before i entered wherein new towels and sheets were provided. 
-	Near City Center 
Cons
-	Low water pressure. 
-	Hot shower not working and worst of all I got a mild electric shock from trying to use it.  
-	Bathroom sink is almost falling off from the wall – faucet not working. 
-	Keys were not provided and you need to pay an additional 100 pesos in order to keep a hold of it. 
-	Tv was not working properly
-	No wifi

Not the best option but certainly one of the cheapest Accommodations.

the comfort rooms are dirty.. no soap and shampoo provided.. you need to buy from their store... rooms are dirty. cockroaches are everywhere..even if the windows are closed, there are mosquitoes inside... super dusty floorings... aircon doesnt cool... upon arrival, they even said that I have no booking wherein I had paid using my card...

Thank goodness we stayed here for only a night. The owner was nice but the place was bad and under renovation. I did not know the rooms have shared bathroom. The bathroom was so small and reeked of bad odor. The stairs and the floor squeaks every time you step on it. They even forgot to give us the registration form when we arrived, the staff kept knocking in our room in the middle of the night. What's worse was there were rats above the ceiling. I could not sleep as I was at the top of the bunk bed I could hear them running around. Terrible experience.

Never again

We stayed here with my co teachers in October.  I have booked our stay a month before our trip with the expectations that we'd be staying in the building that they were publishing on line. To my horror, we have booked in the old building which was submerged in water, as it was raining hard that time.
The owner was not around and it was only the front desk guy and some other guys who dealt with us.
At first there were exclamation points and question marks everywhere as we were getting frustrated with the situation.
However..we finally settled on to something. It was a good thing that there wasn't any bookings so have the place to our selves.
Make sure when you book to not get the ground floor rooms. One of them had a leak on the ceiling..so it was actually dripping inside. So 2 of my friends have to move to another room.
Rooms on the second and third floors are ok.  Ours had a noisy aircon and a rickety bed...the rooms reeked with cigarette smell.  I never get to see the room that we have booked because one look at it and i lost my interest...should you book for this place...get the rooms in the new building... Get the second floors...
In fairness we were able to sleep well that night...maybe because we were just too tired.
The place may not be that good but at least the staff were ok...although they left us after we paid..haha..as they also need to go home...there was one guy left to listen to our request...which in fairness...was delivered.
All in all if you would stay in this place.. Dont expect too much...remember they have a very affordable  rate...just make sure you communicate well what you want...

We arrived in the wee of hours of morning from an 8 hour drive from Manila and when we arrive the room we reserved is not available and was taken by someone else.We took a single room to sleep 2 adults and 3 kids. They provided extra bed but stills feels cramped inside the small room. Shower not working. Small TV, Wifi available but not working.

A windowless ground floor room with a fan that gave you an electric shock if touched. 2 Cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 at the foot of the bed. Rotting woodwork a haven for creepy crawlies.The 1st floor room with a "window" consisted of broken lats with shreded mosquito netting leaving guests exposed to any night crawlers or biters.Young and inexperienced giggling staff

So it was after a major storm and the powers were cut off in most areas in Naga City (in fact there are still areas without power 11 days after which is today), and I was looking for a cheap room/hostel with generator so I can plug my laptop and do my office work. As price goes, said room was cheap alright especially since I was able to use up my points earned in travelbook.ph. However, I was prepared for the worst since I am aware of the nature and usual purpose of said cheap rooms. I booked the Fan room with common bathroom. When I got to the room, it was reminiscent of a college dorm room or boarding house. The wooden walls were stained with whatnot but I thought the sheets were newly washed and clean. The nice part of the stay is the friendly staff though.
