I had a great time, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Very clean, nice location, and very nice pool. Eden and Nora at the reception were very helpful, and kind and accommodated my needs.

Very nice view and cool. Swim pool is best.Robinson mall is very close to here.

This was a great find - good location near the bay walk, surrounded by restaurants, bars and karaoke.Excellent value for money, studio apartment with great view, self contained and wifi included.Only negative, a few noisy guests one night and wifi can be slow at times.Overall for the price you can't go wrong!

For the price I paid, it's definitely one of the best places I have stayed. Nice and spacious room with washing machine provided, very pleased with everything. The room I stayed is a bit of outdated but can't ask too much as the whole building is a bit tired.

It was very good.Nice and clean. But kitchen tools must be changed.

Nice  view of Malate on the 26th floor. Front desk check in check out was smooth. Helpfull staff.  I didn’t like that there’s no hot water in the shower and Area is situated in the red district. It’s a noisy area. I had a jet lag so it was ok but if you want to sleep in,you can’t because of the noise inside in the hallway and outside in the streets. Overall,the price is okay but it’s just an ordinary place to stay,nothing to be excited about😁. At least my family was able to visit me during the day. Thank you.

Apartment was located near many different kind of restaurants and bars.  The down side is that the nearby residents would party during the night and come back in the middle of night, making all kind of noises.  We were often awaken by them slamming doors and yelling in the hallway.   Other than that, we slept pretty well in the apartment. The apartment was spacious.  The AC unit worked great and we had hot showers every day.  The pool was located on the 7th floor and was pretty nice.  The kitchenette could use some TLC.  I would add a small microwave and extra dishes (we were 3 guests and only have 2 coffee cups and 2 forks).  Could add glasses and a small frying pan as well.  We ate out during our stay so it didn't bother us too much but I just want to point this out for other potential renters.

Good stay but poor communication with its clients ..... as we found out.They never sent a password to us as promised in their literature.  Thus, we were always guessing as to whether our reservation was fully acknowledged. Poor communication between Serena's and its client. It was not our fault.

Good Place but One Problem

Happily large unit accomodation, very good location, well equipped, reasonably priced...No housekeeping, Lousy tv station availability, very noisy a/c, mouldy bathroom and the 2nd most uncomfortable couch in over 100 hotel rooms I've been in...

Very average but cheap enough.

Availability of washing machine,a kitchenette,food/restaurant around. I wish there was a parking space
