Unit 2811 is the best at a rate of P3,800/day. It is great for family with children or group travel. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 toilet and bath. the condo unit is clean and has everything you need. Cooking oven, ref, tv, beds, hot pot, toaster. 2 rooms are air conditioned and living room is also has air condition. Has 2 TV sets; 1 in the masters bedroom and another one at the living room. 

This is just a quick review mga bes because kaya lang naman ako nakapunta sa place nato through an invitation from my friend who just graduated last May 1 and nung May 5 lang dn naganap ang celebration which is dto nga ginanap sa Le Mirage. 
The condo was nice, pag pasok pa lang, i like the idea of mirrors :D malalaki yung mirrors sa entrance ng condo that you can't resist to take a mirror selfie :D Sa isang event hall kami nag stay which is located at 6th floor. The hall was big enough to accomodate us na mga guest ng celebrant :D The pool was also nice. Kung gusto mo mag swimming pero ayaw mo mangitim pwede dto :D my friends paid 100 for the usage of pool (yung tita kasi ng friend namin is may unit dun) Ayun mga bes that's all :) i hope mejo nakatulong ng very very light ang review nato! :)

First time renting a condo, having to spend most of my visits to Manila in a hotel makes this experience different. We got an upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom without notice until I have to call to reconfirm though we were not charge extra. I expected that a Mini Stop convenience store would just be available outside the building as shown in their website but it was already closed and the website did not even mentioned it. Good thing that 7/11s are available just a few meters away. There is also a bakeshop nearby that opens early and closes late. Check in was ok. It's a condo so expect that you will meet a lot of people including children in the lobby and elevator.

ROOM: unit is clean but toilet was not functioning/No water when we arrived. We have to call the front desk and text the caretaker Sharmaine. Maintenance people were sent to fix it and all was good. 

LOCATION: 6 out of 10. PROs - Since BF is not serve then you can buy food from the small food stall outside the building. CONs - dark alley and I do not feel safe when walking during the night.

The unit was good enough if you just stay in the room. I will just have to shop for groceries next time to make sure that all is prepared and we can just cook and do not have to buy food from outside. All cooking necessities are available in the room. I will come back if i get to go to Manila with the whole family since it would be economical than in a hotel.

I rented room 1005, I love the owner Odette, She is very accommodating. As far as the unit goes, It has everything you need, Microwave, Ref, Rice cooker, Hot kettle, Toaster, Coffee maker. It comes furnished with dishes and pots and pans. Walls are too thin, if you have a disrespectful neighbor, no sleep. Pool outside is nice but cold, and they have a little store on the 6th floor.

Pro's and Con's

Nice Condo, but there is no service, you just rent the room, facilities is not bad, and location is good and not far from Airport, but in the evening its not safe because there is lots of bars, and homeless people are walking around.
