For a solo traveler, the room and bed are spacious. The AC and hot water heater for the shower is reliable.As a bar exam taker who took the test in UST, I highly recommend the place for being accessible in places you need to be such as for eating, groceries, going to the bank, buying medicine etc. Everything is within walking distance.
