My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It is quite location and the rooms are big and clean with good wifi and tv and hot water. A real treat from all the other hotels we stayed at. Definately worth the price. Despite some negative reviews here, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe they have changed after reading some of the reviews.

Great rooms! A large bed, fridge, sitting area, balcony, TV and aircon! The bathroom is fine as well. Only negative about the room, is the aircon sounding like a spaceship, ahah! 
The staff is very friendly, but not very good at English. Anyway we ordered a cheap breakfast, got hot water in the late evening and they helped us getting a taxi. It is very close to the airport and has a nice small market in the evenings nearby. There's a mall with nice restaurants only a short tricycle trip away and some small convince stores in walking distance.

Having stayed at this hotel, it is close to the airport.  If you are unable to get a taxi at certain day times, the staff can take you to the airport for 300 pesos.  The typical cost for a taxi is about 170 pesos one way to or from from the airport.

Be sure to get a white taxi from the airport because the yellow airport taxis will tend to charge you 500+ pesos one way to Residencia Lourdes

The room is big and has A/C, fridge and WIFI.  The wifi can be unstable sometimes.  I got a back up connection for my laptop, since I am traveling places in Cebu anyway.

Food like rice and chicken can be bought by naerby street vendors for around 60 pesos per meal or around 180 pesos a day if eating solo

CONS:
1. There are no toiletries.
2. Far away from the City. Around 2hrs getting there.
3. We booked this place, thinking it is near the airport. It was stated it's 1.9km but it's really 8.6km since you have to go around the airport to get to this location. 
4. We got this for PHP2,500 on booking.com and when we were there they stated that we should pay P2,800 since it did not include the VAT. 
5. Some rooms are good while some room needs some fixing. We booked 2 rooms. Room 1 sink is not good and aircon is not cold unlike Room 3.

PROS:
1. Provided towels.
2. Quiet place, since it is a village.
3. Near the Lapu Lapu Shrine and 10,000 roses.
4. In front of the residents, there are food and stalls you can buy from. 
5. Rooms are very spacious. It includes a dining room and a wash area where you can put in your wet clothes. 
6. You can do late check out for free. 
7. You can request for room service. Where they can clean the room and change the beddings.
8. There are koi fishes as well. 
9. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very easy to talk to.

Spacious Room and Quiet Surrondings

The facilities of this place are ok- i have nothing negative to say, you get what you pay for- bed, small shower/toilet.
First- it's hard to find, the taxi drivers don't really know where is it so you have to have exact direction as it's located inside the residencial quarter.
Second- it seems like the staff (I'm sorry maybe not all of them, but at least the two people that where there that night)- don't really want to be helpful. I asked the guy if they have any drinks we can buy but they didn't have any, so I asked him where is a near by shop- he showed me but when I found this one closed, he said there is nothing else around. But when I walked 4 minutes down from the acommodation- I found a shop. So it could be nice if they will be more helpful.
But all that won't prevent one to stay at this place. 

The worst thing is that they simply irresponsible! We had a flight at 6am (normally you'll stay at this place coz it's close to the airport) and we needed a taxi to pick us up at 3 am- we asked the guy at the reception about 5 times to order a taxi for us before we went to sleep- he said that we should not worry, someone is at the reception 24H and we'll have a taxi by 3am (we even wrote the time on the paper to make sure he understands). Guess what? When we woke up at 2:30 and were ready by 3- no taxi was there and no one at the reception- apparently they sleep outside of the guesthouse- obviously they have no phone we can call and we were simply stuck! Had to go to the main street to find a tricycle that took us to the closest taxi station- and we made it for the flight. But it's so very irresponsible to tell us that we will have a taxi but instead just disappear.
Mind this fact if you decide to stay there!
