Staff are very helpful and service is excellent!

Perfect for the price paid. Exactly as advertised. To the choosy and sensitive guests, don’t expect 5 star service and 5 star accommodation because this would not be the place for that. To everyone else, this place is great!

Wanted somewhere to celebrate my wife’s birthday, so thought we would try this resort. They had a wedding reception going on, when we arrived, but that was okay, music was off before we went to bed. Most resorts have music on Friday nights. We had dinner at their restaurant, was surprised of how big portion was, as it suggests for 2 people. Reasonable priced, and staff were helpful. Totally recommend this place, the staff got together and sang happy birthday! Presented her 2 small birthday cakes, on her birthday. A great relaxing weekend, the beds were comfortable, the room was huge! Will return in the future.

We love it! For the price is good and what you get is much more than the price. Good food, clean, friendly and helpful staff. We are actually going back for another three days

The facility and staff were wonderful.  I quiet private beach.  Great view.   Nice breakfast.  Comfortable bed.

My stay here was exceptional and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent, and eating a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean was a great start to my mornings. I forgot to pack an adaptor for my phone, but the staff was quick to loan me one. Lastly, not going to lie, I also fell in love here…with one of the cats roaming the property. Strong recommend!

This hotel gives you a very nice view of the calm waters of Cebu.  Very near easy-to-access water activities too.  Seafood plate was good.  The hotel crew were very nice!

Beautiful hotel and the staff is exceptional! We felt at home as soon as we walked in and they treated us like family. What an amazing experience.

Chateau by the Sea did not disappoint. When I first arrived I had an issue with my shower but they fixed it right away for me. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the view and meals were wonderful. They were so accommodating and kind I wouldn't hesitate to return. The breakfast was as amazing as the view, I really enjoyed their pool and the beach is really nice. They also were very friendly and kind to some guests that visited me there, I recommend this place highly.

Better late than never. Visited in jan. This place has amazing staff and beautiful views. the team of this property made sure than I have the best of everything. From the providing a room with the best view, best food, best arrangements to visit the attractions and many more. I literally cannot stop thanking to the team which made my stay memorable.Special mention to joericks ,Junil,marlo, queney,malou, Wewona, dinah!My first visit to cebu and came from India and one of the best ever stays! Cheers and thank you!

Beautiful resort. There for wedding. My room was spacious and clean. Tv and WiFi working. My concern as a senior was lack of safety bars in the bathroom. Stairs to and from beach were a challenge. More ramps would help. 

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nicely done. 
Wedding venue was bright and decorated with flowers and set ups.

Stayed here for 3 days. Overall, my stay here was amazing. It may not be as beautiful as the neighbor hotels like Be Resort, Movenpick and Shangrila, but the rooms here are pretty big and comfy. Near the airport and near Rico’s Lechon! Lol 

Beach is OK but i would suggest to do a day trip to other beaches located nearby the resort. 

Perfect place for events like weddings. 

Wedding in Chateau

This place has only 14 rooms so it’s not crowded. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. The pool is very nice and the beach a small but very nice. Good place to take pictures. Staff very friendly. The breakfast is pretty good as well. Overall I have no complaints at all. The ONLY suggestions I give is add a spa with the hotel. I will be back at this hotel many more times.

Staff were nice and tried to be helpful but laidback on the service. The location is very far from the nearest mall (25mins) or anything of interest - meant for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Cebu.Airport is 30 mins away.  The place itself is more of a venue place for parties/weddings etc.Pool is small but clean and the small stretch of sandy beach is nice but not ideal for swimming. A small residence building houses the accommodations area w/ rooms that are spacious and clean but dust and ?dirt can be seen on the edges of the room.Bottled water and toiletries are provided.Breakfast was okay, if not mediocre. Fresh fruits were provided. Lunch/dinner available ala carte - great BBQ and sinigang.

Quiet accommodations, far from malls and anything.

The CBTS was how I imagined it to be having researched it before I chose a two week stay there.  Its seclusion really appealed to me, I wanted to unwind with peace and quiet and that's what I got.  The one thing that made this place differ from other hotels I've stayed in all over the world was the staff on the ground, the frontline staff, they were so friendly and really went far and beyond there job rolls...Because I travelled alone to the other side of the world at first was a bit daunting to say the least, this was when the ground staff without any effort just did what the Filipinos do best which was to take me under their wing and really make me feel welcome and at times be one of the family... Thank you for that CBTS, you are locked in my brilliant memory section forever.  I will never forget you.

We held our company’s 9th Year Anniversary here and the place is simply great! They have great staff that quickly accommodates your requests and concerns with a sense of urgency. The facilities are really clean and much to the delight of our visitors (our CEO and a manager) from the US, they enjoyed every bit of it. The place features two pools and very spacious activity areas (one covered, and the other at the beachfront). The food was really awesome and you know the employees enjoyed it so much because they kept on coming back for seconds, and thirds, and fourths! The only downer that we had there was perhaps the low-tide the entire time we were there.
