My 70 plus year old father in-law stayed at this friendly hotel for 19 days. The room was kept clean, amenities replenished, cable TV quality very good which kept Dad entertained when he was in the room, he loved the hash browns at breakfast and most of all the hotel team took care of him very well. During an early morning evacuation due to an earthquake, they did everything right--called him to advise he had to get dressed, went to his room to assist him and ensured he had a chair to sit on at the evacuation venue. Whenever he got off the car security was quick to assist him up the steps to the hotel lobby. Restaurant staff greeted him by name every morning and he never had to feel alone because they conversed with him when they saw him. If you are looking for a hotel in Cebu that is near the business and shopping district, safe, practical and HELPFUL, keep Golden Prince Hotel top of mind.
