Only 5 rooms in this hotel, but each one is spacious. Refrigerator! Shower in the bathroom with on-demand heated water works well. Air conditioner works well, too. Wi-fi also works quite well. When a clerk overcharged me for the room (booked on booking.com), the owner quite easily fixed the problem the next day and gave me a reduced price for the second night. When given specific directions: it's on M.L. Quezon St. near the junction with Herman Cortez, taxi drivers still have trouble finding it. But it is well worth finding!
