I received a free upgrade on arrival to an even larger room which made my booking very good value. The attendant at the concierge was very friendly. The room was clean and functional very roomy and spacious for this grade of hotel. I would give this a 4 star for the experience overall except for the mosquitos in the room which disturbed my sleep with stings. I met the friendly Korean owner who is also a fellow scuba diver so we had a good chat about the ocean. The hotel is situated behind some gates a walking distance from a local food court with a variety of restaurants and also not far from the mall.

Good sized clean rooms, good air con and hot shower

The Korean manager (or boss) is extremely rude. 

We got a booking for 2 days, when we arrived the receptionist gave us a room that was half of the size of the one in the pictures they show for standard double bedroom in Booking.com. The toilet was completely dirty and had no door in toilet!!! (from bed you can see and smell to your partner in toilet... No windows in the room and no door in toilet... So weird).

We tried to ask to move to the room we booked in the pictures, then they point us to the Korean manager. 

The experience with that man was completely horrible. From very beginning he completely don't listed to us and cut our word all the time with loud words. 

He tried to charge us a higher amount for the room of the pictures, what we don't agree cause the price was shown in booking.com already. 

He spoke to us in a very very rude way. Yelling at us and even ask screaming to his staff to kick us out of the hotel. Super disrespectful with the customers. 

At the end we slept one night in the bad room and one night in the big room. Very bad service and experience. We was planning to extend the stay but we decided to move to another hotel after the really bad manners of the manager. 

We suggest you to stay in hotel place and not let people like that ruin a beautiful day in Philippines.

Horrible experience!!! Better not to book this hotel

We checked in last january 14 2019 for sinulog. I informed the guard/ receptionist ( they dont have any receptionist only guards) that we will be staying until sunday. I did an advance payment until friday. Comes friday 8pm when we went back to this so called hotel when we were parking our vehicle the room boy informed us that they removed all our belongings from the room ordered by the owner because of a certain online bookig. Why the hell would they evict us on our hotel room!? They are well informed that we are staying until sunday. Good thing nothing got lost or stolen from our belongings since they just left it a waiting shade in the parking area! We arw planing to file a complaint against this hotel.
Other problems:
1. Room smells moldy
2. Water heater not working
3. Toilet bowl slightly clogged and drainage smells inside the whole room.
