At only 1,200 pesos per night, it is very worth it. It is very clean, has airconditioning, your own clean toilet and bath with hot water and a Japanese type bidet which amused me much. There's also TV. And if you have a car, you there is enough space for parking. The beds aren't the softest though so maybe you can request the caretaker for extra cushion if you need. She's very friendly and accommodating. And it is near a market so just as you walk out you can buy fruits, barbeque, drinks, etc. It's also close to the beaches so if you want to visit any of the private or public resorts to go for a swim, then you can quickly grab a tricycle that will take you there. It's also not located on a busy road so it's quiet and not dusty. There is also free wifi but the speed is very slow as it is almost useless to even try to use it.
