I promised Ruby we'll return and we did. Planned to arrive on 1st day of lunar new year but tiger airways delayed and ended up stranded somewhere for the connecting ferry. Awful way to start the holiday but at least we were safe. Ruby was friendly as always. This time took a lower floor room and still as clean as before. Beach was amazing and business back in full swing after haiyan. Massage place downstairs closed down but plenty of options nearby. Ruby reminded us only 15 - 20 pesos needed for the tuktuks. No need to pay extra. Thanks Ruby for the tip.
