98 reviewsWe had a great stay here in YCL Hotel Boracay. I booked 5D4N thru TravelbookPH. All rooms are clean and with balcony, good wifi connection, good water supply and with complete amenities. Fast check in and check out process. I would like to commend the 2 receptionist who answers all of my queries (Adelyn & Shiela), they are good, If I will rate them 1-10 I will give them perfect 10. The breakfast is SUPERB! The F&B staff is very accommodating except to the housekeeping staff who handed me the door mat that I requested, she just knocked and handed me the door mat without even saying Hi or Hello. No smile at all. Anyway our stay in YCL is unforgettable. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Bravo to sir Charlie Soler! More power and God Bless. Stayed last 09DEC-13DEC.
