Seaview Apartelle

We go to Bantayan last May 2017 and the service and the staffs are friendly. There is no such thing as mosquitos or the staffs are not friendly. They are so kind. I recommend this for everyone.. 

P.S. We are going to Bantayan again and stay with them

The manager and her staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at this place. I would stay at seaview and visit Bantayan Island again in the future. The island is very peaceful & people are extremely friendly.

Budget friendly and Good in Customer Service

Every time we visit Bantayan Island, this hotel is our first choice because first, we don't really stay too long in the room. Second, this hotel is also near in bars, restaurants and water refilling station so it is very convenient. So far in our 5 times staying here, if I have complaints maybe their air conditioning  unit because it is not capable in handling the room to comfortable room temperature but so far room is good, staffs are good.

We booked initially stayed in the room that accomodates 4 people (as the smaller rooms were booked). The room is big and had a sliding door that could be better adjusted. 

We then moved to the smaller room which was good for a couple, but could be improved with shelves to place personal belongings.

The hotel doesnt have a direct view to the sea, but is very conveniently located in the center - a one minute walk from the beach and 2 minute walk to the food court with diverse restaurants.

One important to mention is that we left a valuable in the big room when we transferred to the smaller room and the staff of the hotel promptly handed it to us, once they found it.

This is a good option for budget travellers visiting the very special Bantayan.


Budget option

I don't want to rate and say anything about them but they got a terrible service. We booked for a night then they said they have not received any reservation from us, so we have to call the manager since she is sick and not available in the apartelle since she needs to rest and we understand that situation of course but they also need to check if there guest though. Then the janitress/front desk was in charge since there manager is not there but instead if fixing the problem and be friendly to us, she was keep on complaining about that matter, the room that we booked we can't use since they let someone use that room so we give them a chance then we used the deluxe and superior room , we understand and call the travel agency to get a refund. The facility was okay, but the TV is destroyed, door is destroyed we can't locked it , if we do we can't get in. It is the terrible place for a relaxing vacation.
