I enjoyed my stay at Pepper's house in fact I came back again after my first stay. It's not your typical hostel since it's rather small and quiet compared to most, but it has a very homey chill feel which I liked. The location is close to the beach and  isn't too far from Miraflores park but in a quiet and safe area. The only cons for me were the bathrooms, only one had a shower, so in the morning there was usually a wait to get in there and at the end of day the floor would be dirty from the water on floor but I've experienced way worse bathroom situations so it wasn't a big deal for me. I thought for the price it was great.

Luz and Miguel were very friendly. The house is beautiful and clean and the matrasses and shower are amazing. The hostel is in a safe are of Lima, not far from the sea, a bit of a walk to the centre of Miraflores, though.

Peppers house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a stones throw from the ocean and a short walk into Miraflores centre. It is very unassuming from the outside and if it wasn't for the fact that the outside is very uniquely textured, which is shown in the pictures, I would have walked straight past the building. It's evidently newly converted into a hostel, it has a clean and uncluttered entrance/common room with a pool table as a nice touch. The private room was sparsely furnished but adequate for our short stay with a comfortable bed. The bathroom looked straight out of the previous incarnation of the house with lovely fittings, however there were no other facilities on our floor to service 2 rooms and a small dorm but we never experienced an issue. Breakfast which is not included in the price, left a little to be desired but filled a hole when required.

When we arrived early in the morning, after repeatedly ringing the bell and waiting for 30mins to be let in, we gave up and went for a coffee. It is not staffed 24hrs and we were not informed of this. 

Our stay here was pleasant, with the staff being friendly and helpful whenever we had a question but I couldn't help feeling that Peppers House has the potential to be a fantastic little gem with a little more attention to the detail.

Its a Little Hostel, really familiar.
Not a Party place, but it is super nice! Really Clean is a family business. They have nice breakfast for a good price and good tips if you wanna go out.The owner is really Young. 
No english speaking personal.

A decent little place in a quiet, residential part of Miraflores, a good 15-20 min walk from Kennedy park.
Pros: excellent, fast wifi. good, comfortable bed, hot water most of the day (just don't try to take a shower right after 2~3 people have already gone), modern facilities (kitchen, bathroom, beds...). safe area a bit off the hectic tourist track. 
overall the place gives off a chill, residential vibe. ideal for longer stays...
Cons: housekeeping could use work! the bathrooms and the kitchen can be rather grimy at times. there isn't much of a dining area.
It's honestly less like a hostel than like a big house that rents out to tourists - take that as you may I suppose.
