230 reviewsDespite being a relatively basic hostel, we had such a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Cusco. The location is tremendous (historic centre, 5mins from plaza de armas) and it's a quiet We stayed on two occasions between a trip to Machu Picchu and both rooms were clean with large comfy beds and really cosy blankets to keep us warm in the cold Cusco nights. Diana was the member or staff we saw the most and she's possibly the nicest person we've met on our travels. She makes delicious breakfasts, helped us with directions, let us leave our luggage when we went treking and generally gives the place a real homely environment. The laundry service is really good as well and it came in handy following our machu picchu trip. I'd recommend you asking someone to help you with the shower as it can be a bit dodgy at times and the only slightly negative point was it gets cold ast night as like many buildings in Cusco, there's no heating. That said, it's a superb place to stay and relatively cheap so we felt it was great value for money.
