From the moment we arrived at APU Mountain Lodge, we were welcomed like family. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, treating both me and my son with genuine warmth, kindness, and care. Every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere.My son even said it was the best customer service he’s ever experienced—and I couldn’t agree more. Whether it was the way they greeted us by name each day, helped us navigate our plans, or simply shared a smile, the entire team was just incredible. They made us feel seen, valued, and completely at home.The energy of the lodge is peaceful and inviting, but it’s the people who truly make it unforgettable. We honestly can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re headed to the Sacred Valley or Machu Picchu area, do yourself a favor—stay here.
