There was no single power outage, not a blink, I wonder what technology they deplored to achieve this. Their staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. 
The room is clean and smells good, this is different from my experience in other hotel.

I spent one night here before comeback to italy, courtesy and hospitality immediately shown, cleaned rooms, good food service and a beautiful recreation space with spa, gym and a swimming pool and bar.
Highly recommended if you want to spend a relaxing time.

I had an amazing experience at Echelon Heights Hotel. The environment is so cozy and comfortable and their rooms give you the comfort, space and furniture to make you feel at home. They have very experienced staff (led by the General Manager, Mr. Emile) who are friendly and ensure your comfort always. Their food is very tasty and they serve a variety of dishes at all times, thanks to a very experienced chef (Chef Loic). I recommend the hotel for both individual and family stay including business conferences, seminars and workshops.

l have stayed in many a 5 star hotel around the world but l have to say that Echelon Height Hotel in Port Harcourt sits up there with the very best😊

I initially was nervous as l booked it as l had never heard of it before hand and l wondered if the beautiful pictures l saw online would look the same in the flesh😬 Well to my surprise it actually looked better😊

I will start with the friendly security personnel as you walked in made one feel secure. A lovely security guard called Lizzy met me on my first day. l walked through a metal detector and had my temperature checked and some hand sanitiser was given to me. I was happy to see all covid 19 protocols was being observed here for the safety of all. Then l got checked in by a lovely receptionist called Ruth she had a very pleasant manner.

A porter Goddy saw me to my room and couldn’t be more helpful. This in my view is a 5 star hotel but with a slight twist as it feels more like one big family. At the restaurant l encountered the lovely waiting staff , Michelle , Kate and Henry just to name a few. It’s a lovely team that made one feel very welcome. They had a beautiful breakfast and dinner buffet here too. l was shocked at the very reasonable price albeit the breakfast buffet was included in the cost of my hotel room. 

The hotel itself is very modern with beautiful rooms. I had a lovely cleaner called Kelvin  do my room daily to the highest standard. 

The general manager of this “Heaven” is a lovely man called Emile. He doesn’t just sit in his big office but rather engages with the guests he spoke to me several times during my stay making sure l was happy and checked if there was anything else l needed. My experience was so good l extended my stay by another 5 days😊

I cannot speak more highly of this hotel and its staff. l was sad to leave but l plan to visit again later in the year.

Dear Business Traveler: Mr Emile Roworth, the General Manager, and staff serve to excellence. The rooms are spacious. I used a “Junior Suite,” which was suitable for my needs. The food is flavorful. It is recommended to lodge at Echelon Heights. Ask for Mr Emile Roworth upon arrival and you might even be gifted a lovely cup of Swiss espresso beans coffee!

The experience at Echelon heights is one to remember for life. The serene environment and the properly executed room service is top notch. If you want a hotel in Port-Harcourt that feels like home maybe better, Echelon height is the place to be

This hotel as been so wonderful and I love the whole area , I will always like to visit over and over again and even visit with my family for a splendid weekend , also the restaurant is a top notch and the delicacies are superb , I really didn’t visit the spa but will visit anytime I come visiting with my whole family . The general hotel services were top notch, uninterrupted power supply and great staffing.
the meals where great and served on time, the drinks were as chilled as you would like it, the surrounding very serene.

Echelon Heights is located at the of the Oil City Centre of Port Harcourt, Rivers State of Nigeria. My last lodging at the Hotel was quiet very cool, comfortable and luxurious. This hotel is rated the best

I had stayed at Echelon Heights on various occasions. Every visit i was expecting something different, the staff was consistent in the manner in which they greeted you and welcomed you to the hotel. Management at the hotel takes the time out to get to know their guest. Thank you for making my stays great.

Beautiful First class Hotel and staff

Great for Port Harcourt

Over all, very great service with very high standards for guest security. my room on the forth floor was very spacious and with an awesome view of the pool + surrounding areas of the city. The hotel has a great location, whether on business or leisure and about 30 minutes to the airport. Front desk staff especially well trained. Very good Air-condition in room and the water pressure in the bathroom was awesome. Kudos to Emile, the General Manager who was great and had time for guest, as I observed him interacting with lots of guest. Great hotel

Stay with Echelon Heights Hotel on your next visit to Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Lovely

We stayed here for 1 week in the month of May on a business trip to Port Harcourt. This is a relatively new hotel with fully functional facilities.

I enjoyed specifically the gym and the meals. There was buffet for breakfast and dinner and all the meals were wonderfully prepared. 

My room however had a faulty shower door and this wasn't replaced until we left. Housekeeping also ensured I had to call before they replace my towels which I found weird. I noticed call girls around in the evening and I don't think this is good for a hotel of this class.
Overall, I think this is a very nice hotel with good amenities and wonderful staff who are willing to provide assistance at any time.

Great hotel

The Echelon Heights hotel is such a nice place for a business stay. The rooms are very neat and great. The ambience is so good and the customer service is remarkable. 
Additionally, the noise level in the hotel is very low, making it a great place for mental work. 
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Port-Harcourt and will always visit again.
