Our stay at Full Moon was the most enjoyable we've ever had. From the beginning, we enjoyed all their amenities. They have an international restaurant where i was able to get dishes from home. They have spa and a gym with the friendliest staff. While we were there, we experienced a personal tragedy and the way they responded was unprecedented. The entire staff made sure we knew they cared and were genuinely sympathetic. They just went above and beyond. I had never seen hospitality like that. The staff felt like friends and family by the time we checked out. The hotel itself is big and clean. The rooms are spacious. Ovetall, its a great deal. The marketing manager was amazing with us, adding a personal touch to everything. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Owerri..
