Noah's Ark Hotel & Suites

Just got back from here With the family and already we have book to go back next year.rooms were very clean and spacious.great options of food on offer throughout the day.. and staff can't do anough for you so friendly, overall this hotel is fantastic for both adults and children.

Stayed for a week the only serious issue I found was the bathroom. Granted we paid under 50.00 US dollars for the room and were not expecting the Radison Blu. :) However i wasn't expecting the bathrooms to be as bad the hand held shower had just a trickle of water which was cold luckily i have very fine thin hair (only time I've be grateful for this) and it was hot as heck so i managed, and the toilet didn't want to flush most of the time,so don't do a #2. On the plus did have a outlet next to the sink in front of a mirror Which was nice to use blow dryer and curling iron and housekeeping came to make up the room daily. The menu they give you at the hotel most of the stuff don't serve or didn't have. They just have your normal Nigerian dishes. 

A roof over your head and not on the street

I heard of this place from a friend so when i came to Lagos I stayed here for about a week and it was nice, the staff were great and the bar was a very social place on Sunday, and the food was good. So it was overall a good trip and I give them a 7/10.

It was pretty good

Was here, and it has to be the worst thing ever. Ordered my food hours before I got there, got there and my food wasn’t ready. Had to wait over 30 mins again. I ordered rice and chicken
Food came and the sauce for the rice was barely there. The food was tasteless could have done with some salt but I was hungry and continued eating 
I asked for more sauce and that never came until I left the place cause at this point it was getting to over 2 hours just get white rice, and chicken sauce 
The chicken was more bones

Don’t do it

Heard of this place when my office booked the place for colleagues staying outside Lagos for a company event and they all checked out after one day except for two of them.  That should have raised a flag but at that time I thought there were being unnecessary fussy.

Wife had I needed a place to stay close to Victoria Island as we were attending a concert. Booked the room through hotels.ng, check-in wasn't a hassle, fair enough. On the way to the room there was a damp smell all over the corridor and it was obvious the walls were damp probably due to leaking plumbing within the walls. 

The room also had a damp smell, as is my usual habit I checked out the bathroom and the first thing I noticed were these irritating dark things on the edges of the bathtub like it hadn't been washed in ages. Complained at the reception expecting the room to be promptly changed but was told that the stains were just part of the silicone. I thought, its just a night and we won't be staying here for long anyway.  Decided to wash my face in the sink and water was just leaking from underneath the sink all over the bathroom floor. No way were we going to manage this. Surprisingly the lady at the reception said she couldn't change our room as we paid for a standard room and there was no standard room. Asked to see her supervisor, professional man, apologized for the inconvenience, spoke with his boss and 'upgraded' us to a bigger, 'cleaner' room. 

We returned from the concert at 4am, got up by 8am to have a bath as it was a Monday morning and had to be at the office. Alas, water was running at the sink but not in the bathtub. My wife had to do 'rub and shine' by washing her hands, face and legs at the sink. Complained at the reception, nothing was done. I requested for a bucket so I could fetch water from the sink to have my bath. I couldn't get there of that place fast enough. 

I am very certain they are aware of the maintenance issues but they don't seem to care. Will never set foot there again, it's a place to avoid like a plague.

Terrible doesn't begin to describe it

The chairman/owner of this hotel is very cocky and nasty to customers. Extremely disappointing as he's supposed to know about hospitality. Facilities were not in tip top shape as the AC was broken and the shower didn't work fine. The staff were a bit friendly though. I'll give this hotel a grudging 4/10.
