Highly recommend this hostel! Great location in Myogalpa near the ferry, comfortable rooms, nice common area. The owners, Roman and Barbara, were two of the nicest people we’d ever met! They know everything about Ometepe and gave us so much info on everything on the island. They were also able to really give us advice on what to do and what to miss, and they were able to advise us on our transport to and from the island and helped organise transport once we were on the island too! Really friendly people, we really enjoyed their company. Also the food was incredible! Best food we’d had on our trip so far, couldn’t recommend highly enough. There are a lot of insects hanging around but Ometepe is a jungle island so there’s no avoiding that and every hostel would be the same. Great hostel, once again amazing people and food, can’t stress just how pleasant it made our time in Ometepe.
