This accommodation is well located and Donald, the manager, is friendly. These are the only qualities we found in this place. We arrived there exhausted and despite the obvious state of decay we decided to stay overnight. We had booked for three nights but we left early in the morning. Fortunately the sheets were clean. For the rest we had never seen a room so dirty. We even hesitated to enter the shower. The shell that was dying on the floor of the large room in the morning suggested we leave as soon as possible. The establishment of the small room would have the potential but needs major renovations.

It's ugly.

Very poor price-performance ratio. Mold in bathroom and room, causing bad smell. The room and bathroom had no windows and was therefore dark. No air supply and therefore really hot!! Absolutely not recommended for this price!

Never again!

A little far from la Calzada, but still nice and simple. They'll help you with everything you need while your there. Make sure to ask for tours and shuttles they'll give the best prices. They also offer an open kitchen a little restaurant and few more stuffs. 

Cheap and Easy. 

The room is very clean with a TV, wifi, hot water and air conditioning, breakfast included, and the only thing I have to remember is that there is no parking area.

It's a lovely place to visit.

A good place to be.

Hotel had a nice communal sitting area and decent size rooms, however they were too hot, not fresh air coming into the room. Staff was friendly and helpfull, also was a decent breakfast.... Location was OK but all the way fromm the city to the hotel was really smelly, like a a dirty sink (not the hotel fault). We feel secured during day time but in the night time the area looks a bit doggy. Overall a good stay for one or two nights. 

cheap place but really hot

We stayed in room 3 and slept there in a very quiet part of the city from 1st to 2nd February 2016. It was very safe when we booked on Expedia with a price of $24.00 US or $33.69 CAN for this room with a ceiling fan and one on foot. Breakfast is not included either by the way because some hotels offer it. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the malecón located between the church of Guadalupe and the lake in a very quiet part of the city. It is very safe when we book a few hours because we have to check the internet to enter and notify staff when we leave. We also check that the hotel is very well located with a wifi camper. We can also check that the hotel is located in the city with a wifi camper. We can also say that we do not have a wifi camper in the hotel at the same time. The hotel is located in Spain. We can say that we have arrived here from the main entrance to the hotel because we did not have a lot of time to disconnect from the hotel, but we did not want to disconnect from the main entrance to the park, but we have

It's more of a disappointment than a nice surprise.

It is very close to the boulevard and the Lake of Granada, you can bring things for cooking, as the hotel offers kitchen and dining, they also offer tours to the volcano mombacho.

Very quiet.

Light sleepers will not do well here.  Lots of loud music and TONS of fireworks.  There's even a fireworks market across the street at night.  The room was somewhat dark and not the cleanest.  BUT, it was close to both the lake and central park.  There were really cute sitting areas and pretty flowers.  There was good wifi and clean water.  When the manager did not have our Expedia reservation, he bumped us up to a larger room.

Decent service, ok location, pretty building, but LOUD

The place is super well situated on the edge of the heart of Granada! The rooms are not worthy of a 5-star hotel so people have a hard time abstaining. But for anyone else who is just looking for a good place to sleep it is perfect!! Super friendly service, local lunch is good and if you want to do a tour or tourist activity in the surrounding area (visit the islands or climb the Mombacho) just ask them for information and they will find you the best price according to your needs!
