Great stay, it is a very nice hostel, with a very nice atmosphere, an excellent garden, a very large and complete kitchen as well. I came alone for two days and ended up staying a whole week. The staff is very cool, I had some inconveniences and they helped me at all times. coffee all day and as a bonus have a mango tree with mangoes for everyone! I would go back without hesitation

Genial estadía !

From all my hostels in Nicaragua it is surely the one I prefer. The price is amazing, the rooms are big and comfortable, the welcome is priceless. With such a price you even have breakfast and fresh towel. If you want to get away from the parties hostels here we go 
Not to mention that the place is the house of the poet Joaquin Posas

A calm character place 

I came to Nicaragua Granada for the first time. I arrived straight to Granada and did not book a hostel.I went to this hostel and spoke with Michelle and Bianca who are awesome.Not too far from city :)

Quiet and  Calm House

This is my second visit to Granada and I'm staying in this wonderful place full of magic again.I've noticed great improvements, both in facilities and in its beautiful garden, it seems like a fairy tale, in which you can taste its fully ecological fruit and its relaxed atmosphere, an oasis.The delicious breakfast is super natural and made with magic, the impeccable colonial style rooms and highlight the kindness of the owners and workers, it would repeat thousands of times.

Hostel full of magic and love in Granada.

It is located at the end of the main street, just before reaching the lake, about 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Granada.The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere of the hostel is very quiet.The rooms and facilities are generally very clean, plus you can have unlimited water and coffee.

I arrived in Granada after I had completed two weeks of volunteering around Nicaragua, on arrival to Casa del Poeta I was greeted warmly by the manager, I had required to book an extra night of accomodation at this hostel at short notice.

The manager was extremely accomodating and even upgraded my room for both nights! Each day when I went out on my walks or exploring the manager and staff were always there once I got back and were genuinely interested to hear about what I had done!

They gave me tour of the entire hostel, had great wifi and knew when my tours and transport services were booked. They made me feel very at home and comfortable. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a peaceful, serene stay with great staff!

Comfortable and welcoming

Cool hostel setup, 3 or 4 private rooms, 1 bunkroom. We stayed here twice (for a total of 9 nights). The staff are all super helpful and always around, place gets a cleaning every morning. Cool flow of travelers moving through, nice sized kitchen setup (basic but everything you need). The part of town can't be beat, take a morning or evening walk to the Malecón, or walk up the Calzada for breakfast or nightlife. It's a thankfully quiet part of town, not much Bomba activity like closer to the parque central. 
Our first visit, we arrived at 3 am after a red-eye flight into Managua, night guard  was ready and waiting for us, no hassle with checkin, just showed us to a room with 2 beds and we hit the sack, and took care of business the following day.

I have had a wonderful stay in Granada, the hotel is very clean and above all the staff makes you feel at home. They know your name and are interested in your minimum visit requirements. They are good advice and adapt their speech according to your travel style (organized tour if you are not an experienced adventurer or very useful advice to deal with yourself)

I emphasize above all the hospitality of the boys who work at the hostel. I felt really at home. People with a big heart, who helped me in everything to make my stay and my trip safer and more comfortable. As a solo traveler, I am deeply grateful. I recommend the hostel to any traveler looking for a special experience in Granada, which is a wonderful city. I am so enchanted with the city and the hostel that after a few days I returned to spend a few more days. I took the best of the memories of this trip thanks to the experience I had in the city and in the hostel. As for the facilities, I found it very comfortable, practical, with a very good location. It has small lockers to store the most valuable things. And like the one that I make, there are no critical lockers, but I think it's a very safe place for large bags, which are not necessary, but I'm not sure.

Hermosa's experience is very much the same.

The hostel is simply gorgeous. Decorated to its right size, with a front garden that invites rest and an equally comfortable common area. But what stands out above all else is the cleanliness: everything is impeccable. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. It's a pleasure staying in this house! It's located on the main street that flows into the lake, about two blocks from it. The shared room (usd10/night) is good size and has two fans (one rooftop and one foot away). The bathroom is just outside the room and there is another bathroom in the backyard. The bathroom is cold water but the water flow is perfect. It has locks the size of the living room and also invites small locks. The shared kitchen is more convenient. The kitchen is more convenient, but all the staff can still take care of the water without any problem.
