We had such a lovely time staying with Joan in her beautiful B&B home. We were made to feel so warm and comfortable from the minute we walked through the door until the morning we left, sharing delicious food and travel stories by the fire in between heading out & exploring everything Rotorua has to offer, which Joan knows all about and is happy to advise on. The space available for guests is everything you need - clean and spacious with super comfy beds. We loved being 5 mins out of town and being in such close proximity to mountain biking and hot pools right on your doorstep. This is the sort of place you really want to keep adding on one more night, and we would love to be able to go back some day soon, but in the meantime would happily recommend to all of our friends. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable stay :)
