Had a single room and bed was so comfortable. Towel was provided. Had a heater in the room to keep you warm on a cold night. The tavern is clean and kitchen is well equip. Laundry is free and so is the dryer. Wifi is also free. Toilet has good hot water. The best thing about this place is the person who manages it. Her name is Teesh, if I am not mistaken. She is so helpful and so hospitable. She tried to get a shuttle for me to get to the famous Tongariro crossing and when there was no shuttle available, she personally took me to the crossing with no charges. I truly appreciate that. I truly recommend to stay here and enjoy the warm hospitality and the great outdoors that this tavern can offer.
