Residence Het Dal

I have been living in the Het Dal Residence since August 2013. The location of the residence is a wonderful landscape area in the middle of a very wealthy village characterized by typical small villas and two store houses, all merged into very well maintained gardens full of colourful flowers. In front of the residence a small railway station allows to reach the close towns of Maastricht and Heerlen, providing very sharp and frequent runs that at any case do not disturb the stay since almost unheard. Trains are starting their service very early in the morning and the last is sometimes around one in the night. From Maastricht you can easily and directly reach Amsterdaam in two hours trip and from Heerlen to go to Acheen in almost an Hour. The residence is very well run by a nice couple of host, Mark and Tatiana, who are always very attentive to any requirement you might need. They offer different solution of apartment well-furnished and equipped in accordance with your need. Usually they are structured with a kitchen, all equipped; a bedroom, a very comfortable bathroom with tube and showers and a living room. Among services Cable TV and Wi-Fi support your stay. Additionally a certain number of rooms are available should you need to offer some friend a compromised solution of spending some days with you. Washing and drying machines are available as shared service in a common area for all guests. The cleaning service is always very accurate and sharp, offering full change of bed lining and towels. Prices are more than reasonable and include it all, representing the perfect solution for any type of long stay as well as short period of few weeks type accommodation. Unfortunately pets are not allowed, because of the great presence of carpeting, always very clean and spotless. Reserved internal Parking as well as the front side is always available and free of charge. I would say that the most appreciated aspect is the great and wonderful availability and responsiveness of the tenants of the residence. I am sure that on my way out I will always take them into my best set of memories.
