Nice place. Excellent breakfast. We will be back, but larger room.

We very much liked the room overlooking the river Ijssel. It was spacious, clean and had a comfortable  bed plus a nice bathroom with ajacuzzi tub and a shower. The best feature, however, was the big balcony with direct view to the river.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The served breakfast was delicious.

Fenomanal site, extraordinary hospitality, great staff, real nice owner and the best stay ever. Recommended for business meetings ánd private family parties. We"ve enyoed ourselves the whole weekend with our closest relatives. More than worth the visit

Quiet, Picturesque, natural with a splendid view and the sounds of birds in the morning, as well as the smell of the river IJssel en directly near the little ferryboat bringing you to little towns such as Hoog Keppel and Laag Keppel and its castle. 
Excellent breakfast and beautiful space bedrooms. The only annoying thing is the lights in the bathroom who automatically switch on during the night if you visit the bathroom. I prefer to find my way in the dark and not get flooded with light if I do not need such. But this is minor. Nice staff, very very recommendable B&B!

This was a hotel that was recommended by a friend who lives in the location.

It's staff while all very young made you feel welcome and at home. 
The room we occupied was spacious with a view over the river IJssel and spacious garden below. 
The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath with shower.
The bedroom had electrically operated curtains at each set of windows, full air conditioning and a gas simulated log fire in an ornamental fire place.
Of course a flat screen TV with multiple channels and free WiFi through out the hotel.
Breakfast I must say was superb and you certainly had more than you could eat.

This is some wear I would defiantly stay again if in the area.  

We got married here and our English guests all stayed at the villa for the weekend with us. The food was delicious, the service delightful, the surrounding magical. The whole experience was fantastic!

Me and my husband stayed at the villa for a weekend as part of a wedding party,the wedding was taking place here and all the guests had full use of the place,our room was beautiful ( room 3 ) didn't have a view as the only window was a sky light but this just made it feel more romantic,the whole place is beautifully decorated and very 
Clean.
The staff are very well presented and very friendly and can all speak English( some only a little but they get by) the food we had for the wedding was excellent and the breakfast was of the same standard with plenty to choose from and all very fresh,some rooms you do have to share bathrooms or walk outside to reach the room but no big deal for such a gem of a place.
We will return with friends and family.

Great stay, super nice couple running the place. We were a bit late getting in and he called to say he needed to go get some fruit for breakfast the next day and that he was afraid to miss us coming in. Very relaxed, "you can get your own coffee and just write down your drinks if you want something". The suites were more than perfect and we slept great on those huge beds. They really thought of everything when they renovated this old wash house... Fireplaces, bubble bath, electric/automatic lighting and curtains... Beautiful views over the huge balcony. We went with our best friends who had the other suite and that made the weekend perfect. Thanks to our great hosts. (Love that bamboo floor, great interieur architect).
