It was my first time in Pokhara and Hotel Bishram was great. The rooms were affordable and nice, they held onto my bags and did my laundry whilst I went trekking, but mostly they were all friendly faces who directed me to the best restaurants in town. Location wise your are right by the lake and in the heart of Lakeside - you will be up to your eyeballs in fake activewear once you leave Pokhara. Also - check out a restaurant called Kabab King (10 mins walk) and get the Naan and Dal Makhani. One of the best meals I've had
