Excellent accommodations, customer service staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Garden area is beautiful. Great food served by friendly servers. Local beer too. ChanChan was a great server and brought us wonderful service. I would definitely stay here

I'm a US citizen who lives in Kathmandu who frequently visits the valley to escape the pollution, traffic, and congestion of Kathmandu. Although the hotel does not have an official star rating, it's facilities, rooms, and cleanliness approach 4-5 star standards in this small, but clean village surrounded by beautiful mountains.  Presently they are building a large swimming pool. The restaurant features excellent food at low prices. The climate is hot, and hotel features the coldest beer in town served in chilled glasses.   The staff are incredibly friendly and  helpful, including the helpful and amicable new manager, Mr. Manik.  I've stayed at all the other area hotels over the years, but this is the place and most convenient place to stay.

The Staff was really great. The food was amazing. The room and the small balcony was really fine. All just worked out perfectly!

Without a doubt, the best choice for Nuwakot, Rasuwa, and Langtang. Impeccable hospitality, sparkling rooms, extraordinary cuisine, and a warm staff. Special gratitude to GM Mr. Kiran, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. This hotel deserves 5 stars and my heartfelt recommendation. I was totally surprised on how nice this hotel is. I opted for the room with a separate living room.
I felt like I was back home in the United States.
Every time I walked into my room I would say to myself “I’m so glad I’m staying here”
These people go above and beyond to help you be comfortable.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! We did not expect it to be so comfortable as it was. The outside area was wonderful. The room and bathroom was very spacious. Loved the balconies! We dined here many times and found the service and food were excellent!

The Water Tower Hotel is a wonderful property. I stayed 3 nights and I very much enjoyed my stay. The views from the rooms and garden are very nice.
The rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable; the showers and toilet are quality. Showers had hot water in the mornings.
The restaurant was very good. The menu was limited due to small volume of guests but our breakfast and dinner each night was very good.
The General Manager Ram and the rest of the staff are HELPFUL, KIND, and PROFESSIONAL.
They even provided same-day Laundry Service to accommodate my travel schedule, which is not normal.
The property is beautiful, but the staff makes this place very special.
This is a top-class property.

A great place to have a break while travelling to Rasuwa and that region.

Wonderful Stay - Wonderful Staff

We spent one nigbt at this very nice hotel in the outskirts of Battar, on our trip from the border towards Kathmandu.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, spacious rooms with a clean bathroom, soft beds, airco, an excellent restaurant and a peaceful well-kept garden.....
Everything a traveler wishes after a day of bumpy roads!

An oasis of comfort.

We were searching for hotel and couldnot found any rooms. Finally someone recommended this hotel and we reached around 8 pm. Rooms are big and clean. Restaurant food is nice. Morning view towards the river and mountain is good from the room balcony. Just little difficult to find the hotel since little outside the market place. Rest very nice.

Spacious and clean hotel

If you're staying in this remote area, this hotel is (as far as I have seen) your best place to stay if you want western standard hotels. The rooms are of a good size (I stayed in a 3-bedroom), have good beds, are clean and have nice hot shower. The hotel has a nice big garden overlooking the river and mountains. The service is very good & friendly staff. The hotel's restaurant food is ok (try the momo's !). The breakfast is also ok. All fresh but not a very large variety or selection. But overall it was a comfortable place to stay during our volunteering work - building houses in Tupche!
