The Third Eye Inn

Third Eye Inn is very clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. There was also attention given to the little things that make life easier such as bottled water and toilet paper in each room. The Inn is in a great location too. It was about a 3min walk to the waterfront and some great little restaurant/lounge bars. It is even closer to shops ranging from pharmacy to mobile phone stores with nepalese SIM cards, bicycle hire, ATMs, and convenience stores. Other services included laundry and a restaurant, which were excellent. As we the staff, so friendly. But the best service of all, and I can't over state this, was the tour booking service. Lily's Nirvana Trek has been in operation for about 20yrs (if I remember correctly) and there is a reason for that. Ailsa and Bishnu worked tirelessly to arrange everything from flights to guides for both my treks (which were at the opposite ends of Nepal). This was the first proper trekking season since covid so many services were not in full operation or operating at all making their job even harder. There were multiple changes throughout both my treks, mostly due to weather conditions, but Bishnu managed them seamlessly. Yes, as the traveller you must be flexible because few things in nepal run to plan, but I just can't thank Bishnu and Ailsa enough. Above and beyond, guys! All in all, Third Eye Inn and Lily's Nirvana Trek were just fantastic and made for a memorable experience.
