The Peacock’s guesthouse is a must stay when you visit the beautiful Bhaktapur. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the city.The authentic ancient wooden craftwork is astonishing as well as the service. Even when we have to leave at 5 o’clock they prepare a breakfast package. And I’ve tasted there the best coffee of whole Nepal. It is a masterpiece and a beautiful fine ruby in the country which makes it for us  a must see when visiting Nepal.

We just can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay at Peacock Guesthouse patan. The service was amazing (we felt like staying at a friend’s house), the breakfast was the definition of tasty and BIG, the rooms are very luxurious. Only downside in that the roof is a little low (too low for tall people) but hey you are in Asia (they do not have the Caucasian issue of being tall) so the house is perfect! I am 1.67 meters and I had not issue at all, but others taller than that might have. 

What I liked best about the Peacock Guest House in Patan, the bed. It was the best bed I slept in during my entire stay in Nepal. Very comfortable!
Peacock is a stylish Nepali house. Decorated in traditional style which I loved. Ceilings are low, so mind your head. It was a bit chilly, but the bed was warm and the shower is hot. Located just a few minutes from the Golden Temple and a few minutes more from Durbar Square. 
Staff is friendly and will help out. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat. I booked my airport drop off thru the hotel and it was organised as it should. Taxi was 500 rupees. 
I enjoyed my stay very much at the Peacock chain (also Bhaktapur) and I would recommend this place.

We spent a few weeks at the golden temple guest house and we loved it! The house is really close to the Patan Durbar square in a very artistic area. The staff is very kind and willing to help. We definitely recommend this place! 

The Golden Temple Guest House was a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully designed and right in the heart of Patan Durbar Square where Nepali life is thriving. I would definitely recommend it, but do mind your head. I'm 5'-0" and had no problems at all. :)

Which is top floor .it has a spacious terrace is wonderful with views to the golden  temple just like 5 meters distant such a beautiful room we are lucky we decided  to stay here.this is an old Newari house in the middle of patan.the rooms are spacious,clean and feeling cozy. Very good experience I will defiantly come back again.

I would highly recommend Golden Temple Guest House to anyone staying in patan.!!!!!
