The staff are friendly and helpful and honest, they treat you with respect and professionalism and at the same time will feel like family. Arun makes great breakfast and is always ready for any help needed as well as Rajan who is very responsible and helpful and of course Bijay who is very organized and manages the business proficiently. The hotel is situated at two minutes walking distance from Thamel market street. It is very well located allowing you to move and explore freely. Hot water is available and electricity is always on. Overall my stay there was comfortable and very good, recommended for those seeking a good location very good service budget hotel. Thank you all for the great experience.
