Had a wonderful 2 nights here, I’m volunteering at R.E.S.T and decided to spend my days off here, the girls were wonderful. Oh and the omelette was amazing at breakfast. Lovely grounds too.
I would definitely come back next time I’m in Namibia.

reading reviews of this hotel prior to arrival meant I arrived with confirmation that my booked room would have A/C, and indeed the first room offered didn’t have this facility. Indeed I had to offer to leave and find somewhere else to stay before the receptionist made a phone call and eventually gave me the type of room I had booked. This was a shame as the place is really nice with good efficient A/C which was already operational when I walked through the door. The hotel has a bar and restaurant and the food was really good and competitively priced. Similarly brekky was filling and included an omelet- it’s just a shame that they offer air conditioned rooms on line at a good price but then try to fob you off with one with just a ceiling fan 


a bit of a find

Lovely hotel, not everything is modern but accommodation with lots of atmosphere. During our stay there were no other guests but each service was available and restaurant was open. clean and spacious rooms; check before arrival your type of room; not all of them are equipped with fridge and/or AC and/or TV. Some of the rooms are located opposite of the restaurant, some opposite of the main building. Relaxing area with nice and clean pool in the garden. Eventually you can ask if you can store your things in the fridge of the hotel kitchen. lovely decorated restaurant where you can enjoy your breakfast and delicious dinner, e.g. game meat medaillons (zebra, oryx). restaurant and bar close at 9 p.m. later checkout than 10 p.m. was no problem because hotel was not fully booked.

Garden bungulows setting and peaceful atmosphere.staff always friendly and polite.very Central to town and still away from main road.Food choice more than acceptable.Enjoyed may stay.keep up your good work.

Nice country hotel

This hotel proved to be a comfortable stop over on our way to Etosha. It certainly cannot be described as luxury but the rooms are clean and comfortable.I was disappointed not to have a tea/coffee station in our room as I regard this as a basic in this day and age. Dinner was available from an a la carte menu and most of our group were happy with their food. Breakfast is included in the cost adn was good.

A Comfortable Stop Over

I was in room #21.   The ceiling fan was so loose it wobbled (think of THAT over your head all night!) and squeaked.  Fortunately I can sleep through anything.  I told them about it in the morning and they said they would tell the owner and fix it, so maybe this won't be an issue for you even if you do get room 21.

The manager, I believe her name is Desiree, is very nice and helpful.  There is a small bar you can buy beers etc in.    

The Wi-Fi extended to the room.
