Despite the previous bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the service we were provided during our stay there in April 2016. Apparently, the ownership has changed since 2015, and under new management. Prime location in golden valley, in a quiet residential area, close to the newly opened Myanmar plaza and Hledan plaza. The staffs are friendly, helpful and can speak reasonable English. Our room was clean, comfortable with Air-conditioning ( which is essential when going to Burma in summer ). Free wifi also available. Overall, it's a good accommodation option with reasonable price and great service.
