If you need accommodation under 40$, with good food and friendly service, this is your place. It's quite close to the city or accessible, good service, clean rooms with working air conditioning. I have not tried the food much, but the breakfast every day with 2 slices of bread, egg & jam works for me :) They also have quite a stable wifi connection, and about 8 rooms I think. Rooms are cleaner daily, and very spacious. It doesn't have a pretty view, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep and go explore, this will work!
