Very nice place!!! Simple but clean.
The staff is super kindly! 
We spend just 15.000 kiats for one double room with toilet outside, but they have also rooms with bathroom for 25000 kyats.
Wi fi work very good!!

I stayed here for one night on my way to Monywa from Bagan. It was 20,000K for the night. The room was clean and had it's own mini bar and TV. Although I am not normally into TV most it is a quiet town and there wasn't much wandering around in the evening to be done. 

The TV got English movie channels as well as sport and the mini bar was well priced compared to most places you buy drinks from. 

The person at the reception could speak pretty good English and explained to me that I needed to wait 2 minutes for the hot water to come on and a number of other things about the room. My room was on the ground floor back from the road and was quiet at night. It had a window but looked out at the fence. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. 

The shower/toilet area was quite dated and small as I found to be the case in most places I stayed in Myanmar. The hotel was comparable quality to other places I stayed if not much better value than some places. 

I met some English students who showed me around the town on their motorbikes for the opportunity to practice their English. Across the bridge in town there are great views of the river and of the new big bridge from a temple not far up the road.
