162 reviewsI arrived to Bagan on no sleep and not feeling well - the staff were quick to help accommodate me to check in early. I rented an E-Bike from the hotel (Reasonably priced at 6K for the full day or 3K for the half day) but was afraid to drive it since I had never ridden a scooter. Mr Linn was SO PATIENT & kind as he taught me and ensured me "I could do it" :) And because of that, I was able to see the pagodas at my own leisure going around on the e-bike. Also, I got more sick and was in my room/in bed for 3+ days unable to do anything, and the staff continued to be sensitive, empathetic, kind and helpful even though I know sometimes my attitude was not that pleasant :) They were quick to bring me what I needed when I asked for it to ensure I was comfortable. I appreciated their kindness and getting to know each of them. They work very hard and were very engaging. Special should out to Ms Thiri Kyaw Zin, Mr Kyaw Linn Thu, and Ms. Pyae Pyae Win <3 You are appreciated. Room was was large/private/comfortable. The TV was great, and had a few good channels to watch while I was sick in bed :) Location was in a quiet area of New Bagan, easy to walk to restaurants only 7 minutes away and easy to bike to wherever you need. I would definitely stay here again.
