336 reviewsThis is a real find - a modern, well-maintained, mid-priced Myanmar hotel. If you are exploring Nyaung Shwe and Inle Lake and are not bothered by the absence of a river view or swimming pool then Hotel Amazing is hard to beat for price and facilities. It’s on the east side of town, close to the market and potentially could be a tad noisy but it’s set back from the road so traffic noise was not a problem. The en suite rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and attentive and spoke reasonable English. Our only grumble was that WiFi was too weak to download podcasts. Will be staying there again.
