We stayed 4 nights in this hotel.
The staff were really really friendly and avaible.

There are several hotels with similar name in Nyaug U, when we arrived we were in the wrong hotel but the staff (it's the same) drove us at the good location.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, we asked for a Birman breakfast instead of continental one and we had it whitout any extra cost.
It was also possible to rent an ebike at the hotel for good price.

We recommend this hostel for the friendly staff, service and clean room. 

The location of the hotel is on the main street of Nyaung-U. The surroundings are quiet.
This hotel is family owned. Owners and children are very kind, friendly and hardworking people.
If you are considering using E-Bike to admire the sunrise and sunset, we recommend that you rent at the hotel. Because nearby rental shops opening time are from 8 am to 19 am. A cheap restaurant, a general store, rental e-bike shop, and a travel agent are about 3 minutes on foot.
The room is compact. Also, the facilities are old.
Air conditioning is enough.
Shower can always use hot water. However, the water pressure is low.
There are towels and toothbrushes.
There is a TV and a refrigerator, but there is no security box.

Good place, recommended. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms. Can rent e-bikes. Good place near restaurants. Why four stars? Well, the lighting in the single rooms is not good, so it’s dark and the light is a weird color. (Double room with window was fine). Also at night there is a very loud electric water pump on the roof that can be heard banging through the walls on floor 2 and 3. They can turn it off, but only if you ask them repeatedly. Then it’s fine. Actually 3rd floor also has a lot of early noise from breakfast on the roof at 6:30am (when the pump also goes back on). Breakfast is tasty. Overall this is a low-risk four star hotel. 

This small hotel with reasonable room rates is a very good accommodation alternative for budget travelers. It is located on the Main Road connecting the town center with Old Bagan. The room which I had was clean, large with ac and refrigerator. Continental-style breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The staff was friendly and ready to book share taxi tickets to Mont Popa and bus tickets to Yangon.

the motel locates in busy area of Nyaung u. It would take 20 min to Old Bagan by Ebike...maybe 30-35 min to New Bagan. taxi from/to airport was 5000kyat. There are several restaurants near by. The room was clean and efficient. breakfast is very basic but enough. Wifi is really weak...not only this hotel...even any other hotels/restaurants have similar wifi condition. You might want to have local SIM at airport.

Good alternative for Bagan visitors

good value!

Spacious room, generally clean but on arrival we had to change bedding and towels as they were really dirty. Good location and close to various good restaurants. Breakfast is very basic, Wifi is not really working as it is very slow and gets stuck all the time. Overall 3 stars due to price, if they would come down in price it would be 4 stars for value for money.
