Beautiful boutique hotel for our two night stay - It offered the perfect respite from the busy souks. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of olive trees and palm trees surrounding the pool area. Elegant loungers by the pool so good for relaxing. The pool isn't heated so can get cold in November, but is probably ideal temperature in the summer. The rooms are very spacious, with elegant Moroccan touches throughout and a hint of Europe too. 11 rooms in total which makes it feel very exclusive, but the price is fantastic value so within many people's budget. We had a suite, and they even offered to light the fire each night, which was perfect for the chilly November evenings. The staff offer excellent service. The manager's mantra seems to be "with pleasure!". There were great touches throughout, like printing our plane tickets and offering the room beyond checkout time while we waited for our flight. Our waiter was brilliant too, friendly but not intrusive - everything is brought directly to you. Transport - taxis to/from Marrakech offered at EUR 20 (very reasonable) and they went out of their way to ensure the driver met us exactly at the location we requested. We stayed onsite for our stay, but if you're staying longer you may need to use their taxi service to get about or bring your own car. Hammam - there is a small spa onsite. Perfect for a few friends or a couple. This was our first experience of hammam and very fun. The lady who was running it was friendly and cheery and put us at ease. Food - we ate all meals on site. Great flavours and portions were excellent (even a little too big sometimes!). We mostly ate vegetarian and didn't really choose from menus very much - instead they just discussed options with us, and they seem to cook what is in season. Activities - we mainly lounged about for our stay. They have bikes on site and offer yoga sometimes. You would probably need some day trips / time off the resort if you're staying longer. WiFi is available - a bit patchy at times but hey, you're out of the city - generally good though. There are two v cute cats wandering around that get quite friendly with new guests - ok for us, but just to make you aware! Nothing bad to say really. Would recommend for couples and small groups for friends who are looking to relax and switch off for a bit.
