From the moment you step through the gates at Kasbah Ait Ben Moro, you are transported from the dry rugged landscape to tranquil oasis. There is a warm welcome from all the staff, who are genuinely happy to cater for your every need. The Bar lounge has a well stocked honesty fridge, although a Muslim country, you can help yourself to wine, beer, water etc, relaxing on a sun bed beside the inviting pool, perfect after a day visiting the many historic Kasbah ruins in the area. If you are lucky, the owner, Juan, who brought this Kasbah back to life some 20+ years ago, will give you the history, his love for the Kasbah and the local people is evident. The kasbahs decor is in keeping with the honesty of the Kasbah, rustic and very comfortable with lovely bathrooms. The Kasbah offers a delicious light breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, copious amounts of coffee and Moroccan rghaif (pancakes) try with the local honey.
