Wadia, Nada and the team at Riad Hikaya made us feel welcomed as if we were in their own home and nothing was too much trouble for them. Meals were served “anytime”, as requested, whenever and wherever we decided we planned to eat. The rooms are traditionally decorated which was what we were looking for…. We enjoyed the roof top area for our breakfasts and then headed into Marrakech on foot to explore, only a short walk. The manager, Wadia, took time to tell us about the culture and his team and to show us key areas to explore on a local map. They were all very considerate to some bad news we had received from home on arriving at the hotel and gave us space to adjust and get ourselves together. They couldn’t have done more….
