I stayed in Cecil for a 3 nights and I had very pleasant experiences. The hotel is classified as budget however I haven’t faced any of the issues mentioned in previous reviews. Location is just spot on right in the middle of the main square. Staff members are lovely, internet works well. Rooms are clean and warm. You can take a nice hot shower there’s no problem with that. If you are visiting Morocco and you are about to travel around a lot then the place is perfect. If you hope for the pool and spending whole days around it this is not for you! Some rooms are quite other can be a bit noisy as there’s lots of going on around until around 2am. I would recommend a good earplugs to avoid disappointment . There’s a very nice lady making breakfast which is also included in the morning. Continental style with a nice honey, very fresh bread and pastry, strong coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.
