Our stay at TUI Blue Medina Gardens was unforgettable. From start to finish, every member of staff made us feel welcome with their warmth and constant smiles. The service here isn’t just good — it’s amazing. A special thank you to Ali and Hamza, who went above and beyond every single day. They didn’t just serve drinks, they cared for us while being so professional. More than once, our cocktails were already waiting for us — always with a big smile and a friendly hello — which made us feel so looked after. On top of that, we shared great conversations and laughs with them, from life in Marrakech to TV shows back home. By the end of the week, it felt like we’d made friends for life. The entertainment team kept things fun with quizzes and water polo, the spa gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and the food was fresh and delicious — much of it grown in the hotel’s own gardens. I already miss being there and can’t wait to return. Truly a special place.
