Riad Saba

We stayed 6 nights at Riad Saba. The atmosphere is excellent with authentic style rooms, gorgeous & breezy courtyards, and a beautiful terrace where a delicious breakfast is served every morning. The location is only a 25 minute drive to the airport and a perfect walking distance from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the stunning souks, museums, and palaces of the old city. But what I appreciated most about Riad Saba are the friendly staff, who embodied true Moroccan hospitality. There’s the maintenance & janitorial staff who greeted us with wide smiles and always paused to ask us if we needed anything. There’s the thoughtful Abdeljalil who engaged us daily in conversation, laughs, and made breakfast a time to look forward to (please let us know when you write that book!). There’s the kind Mohamed who always greeted us with a smile, recommended places to see, and ensured our comfort and safety. And there’s the welcoming Aziza, who made sure we were cared for from the moment we arrived until our very last day, and who always had us laughing with a lighthearted story.
