I stayed at the Riad Marraplace with my friends on part of our Morocco trip. It was fantastic. The building was really neat. Breakfasts on the roof were delicious and filling. The rooms had character and great air conditioning (which is a must in summer). The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The Medina and the palace were a short walk away.
