We stayed for 3 nights B&B, 19-22nd September. Traditional experience, lovely ambiance. Twin Room. Staff Incredible, couldn't do enough for you. They arranged our transfers from the hotel, our Tuk Tuk with Abdul (100% recommend) and our Hot Air Balloon with Happy Ballooning (100% recommend) I would suggest emailing the hotel, anything you would like to know or sort before arriving, they reply very quickly, efficiently, and are so helpful. The Hotel itself is so beautiful. The rooftop terrace is stunning, and the pool are although small, it was tranquil, and nice. The food was delicious, especially the Pumpkin and Cheese Soup!. I had a Hammam and Massage (I think with Sophie?) she was so lovely, the whole experience was very lovely and I would defiantly recommend this. We got chatting to most of the hotel guests, which was super nice, and added to our holiday experience, everyone would remember you, and its felt cosy, and welcoming each time we went. The drivers are amazing, they are so good, (traffic is chaos!!!) a special shout out to them. The building work right next door, was our only negative, we were not expecting that, but it did not ruin our holiday at all. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, please do!. Its a really relaxing experience. The room itself is slightly compact, but sufficient for a long weekend!, I loved the decor, and the bathroom tiles, and design. Everywhere is clean. A lot of steps, so any mobility issues this hotel would not be suitable, but if you are fit, then go for it!. Thank you Abdellah, Mbarka and Team you made our Marrakech holiday one to remember.
