This Riad is an absolute gem in Marrakesh! From the moment of booking until we arrived at the airport to leave Marrakesh the hospitality service of Mohammed and his team was outstanding! Nothing was too much to ask, the team very helpful, polite, attentive and always with a big smile on their face. The Riad is beautifully decorated, towels and bed linen of great quality and breakfast and tea service just wonderful! I had a bad back and Mohammed made sure to have prepared an ice pack for me whenever we came back to the Riad. I forgot to bring my toothbrush, no problem, a team member was sent to the pharmacy to get one for me. Mohammed gave very good recommendations for dinner and roof top bars and has shown an excellent customer service to us. The Riad felt like our private home and we highly recommend it to other travelers!! The location of the Riad is perfect and it is easy to find.
