Wonderful Riad in the heart of the medina. We really didn't know what to expect in Marrakesh and luckily I found this place in the medina. Marrakesh is wild and crazy and beautiful! The service at the Riad was top-notch! You really want the airport transfers - so schedule that in advance. We also had dinner at the hotel our first night just to avoid not knowing where to eat at a late hour. The lamb tangine they served was delicious. We also allowed them to schedule us a personal driver to go to the mountains and see the waterfall as a private day trip. This was very affordable and a great excursion.My only complaint is the beds are very firm/hard. And, the A/C was not working. It was only March, so the locals felt it was still cold and were wearing jackets. But, this 50+ woman likes it COLD at night, which really didn't happen.The upstairs terrace is a terrific place to hang out and enjoy the sun, and you are just steps from the souks and everything Marrakesh is known for.When you go - eat at Nomad! It was our favorite!
